We develop clear, robust briefs through stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects reflect user needs and aspirations, from client workshops through to public consultation.

Olympic Delivery / DfE
For our infrastructure projects in London for the Olympic Delivery Authority, we worked closely with engineering teams to understand the technical requirements our buildings needed to accommodate, developing briefs that responded both functionally and architecturally.
Similarly, our advisory work for the Department for Education has produced detailed accommodation schedules and concept designs for over 100 schools, many of which have closely followed our original briefing and concept designs through to successful completion.

Our work spans award-winning new build schemes as well as sensitive refurbishments and expansions of listed buildings, including the Goldsmiths’ Centre in Clerkenwell.
We have also led complex regeneration projects such as Mountbatten House in Chatham, which required extensive community engagement and stakeholder consultation to unlock development potential.

& Hammersmith Pumping Station
At Moulton College, we have led multidisciplinary teams across a range of projects, coordinating delivery across traditional and design-and-build contracts, acting as Lead Consultant and Contract Administrator.
Our residential and mixed-use developments, including work for St James Homes at the former Hammersmith Pumping Station, demonstrate our ability to respond to complex technical challenges involving new-build and listed structures.

Education Building Evaluations
In addition to reviewing our own projects, including work for Moulton College and the London Academy of Excellence, we have evaluated over 200 educational buildings by other architects.
This work has positioned us as industry experts and informed our contribution to the Department for Education’s Building Performance Evaluation template, now used as a standard across the sector.
