GenZero wins Graphisoft sustainable project of the year!
8 Dec 2021
We’re delighted to have picked up the Sustainable Project of the Year award for our GenZero schools project with the DfE.
GenZero is a research driven design project that has produced prototype designs for secondary schools using a kit of parts approach, based largely around a lightweight timber structure. The buildings are designed to be ultra low carbon in construction and zero carbon in use, with a focus on biophilic principles and integration with landscape. The project has been delivered using industry leading BIM processes and digital collaboration. See www.genzero.co.uk for more.

We've just completed the Stage 2 design on this new facility for Moulton College. It has been really enjoyable working with the College on this and other proposals for the sustainable development of their Northampton campus.
Genzero at Education Estates
13 Oct 2021
It was a genuine pleasure to attend Education Estates this week. We’re proud to have been involved in the work on the Genzero Secondary School Prototype and the DfE’s Post Occupancy Evaluation project. Both featured in the conference this week and have helped open up the conversation on sustainability and the importance of wellbeing for building users. We look forward to being able to share more on the Genzero project soon.
