We have been shortlisted for the BD Architect of the Year Award in the Infrastructure Category. The sumptuous awards evening takes place in March. It would be great to bring something back, so fingers-crossed.New Church for Forest Gate

In Novemenber we were appraoched by a developer to design a new church building and associated community uses for a site in Forest Gate, London.
Unbeknownst to us during the interview, we were competing with a well-known large practice. However, some say 'ignorance is bliss', and we won the project.
We are currently working on the feasibilty stage of the project.
LBY win contract award for Northcote Library

Working with Mott MacDonald, Lyall, Bills and Young won a limited competion for a new community Library in Wandsworth.
The scheme is a mixed-use development consisting of the library, some retail space and residential units.
